A single strong code alongside a near-empty district table is the clearest sign of how localised the fibre picture is here. The averages read poorly, and the exceptions read very well indeed.

For households the risk profile differs from most district pages: the question is less which technology and more whether fast service exists at all. Nearly one postcode in twenty falls below 10Mbps. Anyone dependent on video calls should verify the exact address before committing to a move. On the upside, close to two thirds of postcodes do have a gigabit option, so good service is common, just not guaranteed.
