BH3 leads, with full fibre available to 98.3% of its postcodes, and BH5 and BH6 sit just behind on 97.5% and 95.7%. Across all 21 outward codes the full fibre figure comes out at 86.5%, seventeen points or so above the UK average. The exceptions still matter. BH24 shows no full fibre in this dataset, while BH2 and BH21 trail on 62.3% and 65.4%, closer to the national norm than to their neighbours. Superfast coverage is nearly universal at 98.6%, and gigabit-capable options reach 87.7% of postcodes. Slow lines have almost vanished. Roughly one postcode in a thousand records below 10 Mbps, which across 9,178 postcodes means single figures, not whole streets. For nearly every address the live question is which fast package suits, since availability is already settled.

Broadband has stopped being a differentiator between addresses across most of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. When 86.5% of postcodes can take full fibre, house hunters can shortlist on price and commute instead. The caveat sits in BH24, BH2 and BH21, where the fibre map thins out and an address check earns its keep before any contract is signed.
