The gap matters less for basic use, since 97.7% superfast coverage keeps ordinary streaming and working from home viable almost everywhere, and just 0.7% of the area is below 10 Mbps. Full fibre at 4.7% overall, though, leaves Warwick with clear room to close on the 69% national figure.
