For households the ranking of concerns is unusual here. The classic worry, a dead-slow address, is rarer in East Suffolk than its superfast gap might suggest, at just 1.9%. The more common frustration will be the 27.9% of postcodes with no gigabit option, where the fastest packages on comparison sites simply will not be orderable. Setting expectations by the full postcode rather than the area average avoids both surprises.
