Not everywhere keeps that pace. E15 is the clear laggard, with full fibre reaching only around a third of its postcodes, and EC3N and E1 also trail the borough figure, the latter at 76.3%. Superfast availability holds at 95.9%, marginally under the national norm of about 97%, so postcodes still waiting for fibre generally have decent interim options. Across eleven outward codes the pattern is a strong average with pockets left to finish rather than a borough with a coverage problem.

The fibre figure changes what households can expect as standard. At 83% availability, full fibre is the default rather than the upgrade across most of Tower Hamlets, and buyers in EC2M, E22 or E20 can simply assume it. In E15 assumptions fail, since most of its postcodes remain outside the fibre footprint. Renters moving between outward codes should compare them directly rather than rely on the borough average.
