RG27 follows at 71.2 per cent and RG7 at 53.1, yet GU10, GU14 and GU17 all show zero, dragging the district figure down to 36.1 per cent. That is around half the national level of 69 per cent of premises. The other measures are far more even. Superfast is available at 94.6 per cent of postcodes and gigabit-capable services at 79.3 per cent, so most addresses without fibre still have a fast option through other networks. The below-10 Mbps tail is close to eliminated at 0.6 per cent. Speed is rarely the problem in Hart. The open question at any given address is which technology delivers it, and the eleven outward codes answer that very differently.

Households weighing up a move within the district can read the fibre column as a guide to future-proofing. An RG25 or RG27 address can take a full fibre line today. In the GU codes the fast options run over other networks, which covers most needs but leaves less room to upgrade later. With barely any postcodes below 10 Mbps, the floor is high everywhere. It is the ceiling that shifts from one outward code to the next.
