Few districts show a fibre column like this one. Coverage of 95.4% means all but a small share of Bury's 4,839 postcodes can order a full fibre service, and in M7 the figure is 100%. M45 and M25 both sit above 95%. Even the weakest outward codes in the data are strong by most measures: two of the three lowest, M26 and M8, still show widespread coverage, and only M24 lags, with a little over a third of its postcodes served.

The rest of the numbers keep pace. Superfast reaches 98.2% of postcodes, above the usual UK level of about 97 per cent, and 90.5% can take a gigabit-capable service. The slow tail is minimal at 0.4%. The main consequence for households is choice, with fibre products the norm here rather than the upgrade.

M24 is the caveat worth knowing. Anyone comparing addresses across Bury will find fibre almost everywhere, but in that one outward code only just over a third of postcodes are covered, so the district average overstates the choice there. Elsewhere the 0.4% sub-10 Mbps share and 98.2% superfast reach mean slow connections are a marginal problem. Heavy users should find an upgrade path at nearly any address.
