For households and remote workers, these speeds are restrictive. Streaming video content, video conferencing, or handling large file transfers becomes difficult below 10 Mbps. Moving to a postcode within the faster 30-300 Mbps group would noticeably improve usability, though true gigabit access here remains rare.
