The spread between outward codes is narrow by most standards. N18 records full fibre in every postcode, N13 is at 99.4 per cent, and N4 reaches 93.2 per cent. Even the weakest code, N8, comes in at 76.9 per cent, which would still beat the UK average on its own. N22 and N2 sit at 83 and 85.1 per cent respectively. Put plainly, the question in most of Haringey is not whether a fibre line is available so much as which deal to take. N8 is the main exception, where close to a quarter of postcodes are still waiting on a full fibre option.

For households, near-universal superfast means the 30 Mbps floor is a given almost everywhere. The more useful comparison when picking a street is full fibre. In N18 or N13 it is effectively standard. In N8 close to a quarter of postcodes lack it, so anyone who depends on heavy uploads or works from home should read the postcode-level figures before committing to an address.
