W10 and NW10 both sit a little under eight in ten. Then there is W4, where the recorded figure is roughly one postcode in eight, dragging on an otherwise high average. Full fibre and gigabit availability record the same number, 85.4%, so the two footprints are the same size. Superfast coverage runs at 96.7%, fractionally under the UK norm of about 97 per cent, while the borough beats the national full fibre level of around 69 per cent comfortably, W4 notwithstanding. Short version: strong nearly everywhere, with one code pulling the other way.

The speed mix splits the borough into a large well-served majority and one clear exception. In most codes a household can expect a full fibre choice, with SW10, W14 and SW6 the strongest performers in the data. In W4 the odds flip: fibre shows at only about one postcode in eight, so residents there are picking from other connection types for now. Superfast at 96.7% keeps everyone near the national baseline either way.
