Sixteen outward codes share these numbers very unevenly, so addresses under the same district heading can face quite different choices.

Cotswold buyers should read the fibre column before the price column. In WR12 or WR11 a full fibre line is near universal; across the listed GL codes the data records none. Gigabit at 67.6% means about one postcode in three has no top-tier option, a bigger gap than the superfast figure suggests. Slow lines are rare, at 1.9%, so the district's issue is headroom rather than basic service.
