HX3 sits at the other extreme and shows no full fibre at all in this dataset. That spread means two households in the same district can face completely different upgrade options, which is why the postcode detail matters more here than the headline average. With 14,372 postcodes in scope, Bradford is a place where the averages describe most addresses well and a minority not at all.

No price data accompanies these figures, so the value angle rests on the network itself. For most of Bradford, switching now means a choice of full fibre products rather than squeezing more from an older line, an option that roughly three in ten UK premises still lack.
